The North Valley Ag Board of Directors executed a tactical planning session on Monday. Sean Morgan from Castle-Side Partners acted as our facilitator/consultant. With the ever-changing farm supply landscape our board realizes the importance of being strategic and proactive so we can ensure we are competitive while maintaining high marks in terms of delivery response and accuracy, equipment condition and making NVA a good place to do business.
